การออกแบบและใช้งาน
แม้ว่า VOSONIC VP8360 จะมีฟังก์ชั่นการใช้งานที่หลากหลายอย่างน่าทึ่ง แต่กลับ มีขนาดเล็กและน้ำหนักเบามาก ตัวเครื่องมีขนาดเพียง 135 x 72 x 23 มม. น้ำหนักเพียง 236 กรัม (รวมแบตเตอรี่และฮาร์ดดิสก์ 2.5 นิ้ว) ตัวเครื่องสีดํา มีสวิตช์เปิดปิดแบบปุ่มกดอยู่ทางด้านข้าง เมื่อกดปุ่มเปิดเครื่อง จะมีไฟสัญญาณสีเขียว ติดสว่างทางมุมบนด้านซ้าย และหน้าจอแสดงผลพร้อมใช้งานในเวลาประมาณ 6 วินาที ทางด้านบน มีช่องใส่เมมโมรี่การ์ดแบบ Compact Flash Type l/ll, Microdrive, MD และอีกช่องสำหรับ SD, MMC, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro สำหรับเมมโมรี่ชนิดอื่นๆ ต้องใช้ร่วมกับอะแดปเตอร์ (ไม่ได้ให้มาต้องซื้อเพิ่มต่างหาก) เมื่อเสียบเมมโมรี่การ์ดเข้าไป จะมีเมนูปรากฏขึ้นมาทันที หากใช้เมนูภาษาไทยจะมีเมนูแสดงข้อความ สำรองข้อมูลเต็ม หากกดปุ่มตอบตกลง เครื่องจะสำรองข้อมูลทุกอย่าง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรูปภาพ ไฟล์เสียง ไฟล์วิดีโอ หรืออื่นๆ ไปเก็บไว้ในฮาร์ดดิสก์ทันที หรือจะเลือก สำรองรูปภาพ เพื่อสำรองเฉพาะไฟล์รูปภาพ จากกล้อง ดิจิตอลก็ได้ การใช้งานต่างๆ ควบคุมด้วยปุ่มปรับแบบจอยสติ๊ก ใช้งานได้รวดเร็วดีมาก ปรับได้ 5 ทิศทาง ใช้เลือกเมนู เลื่อนดูภาพ และอื่นๆ โดยมีปุ่มเลือกเมนู ปุ่มยกเลิก และปุ่มปรับการซูมภาพ และปรับระดับความดังของเสียงอยู่ทางด้านล่าง
